9. DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY
AURABAGS SHOP uses Shopify technology and services for its e-commerce operations.
Shopify maintains its own intellectual property and copyright procedures and states that it complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and processes qualifying copyright notices and counter-notices under applicable procedures.
Accordingly, where content on an AURABAGS SHOP store is hosted or processed through Shopify, copyright owners should use Shopify's current official copyright reporting procedure where applicable.

10. DMCA COUNTER-NOTICES
If content associated with an AURABAGS SHOP store is removed following a copyright complaint and AURABAGS SHOP believes that the removal occurred because of mistake or misidentification, AURABAGS SHOP may use the applicable Shopify counter-notice procedure.
Shopify's current procedure requires specific information for a counter-notice, including identification of the removed material, contact information, a good-faith statement concerning mistake or misidentification, consent to applicable federal court jurisdiction, acceptance of service of process, and a physical or electronic signature.
AURABAGS SHOP reserves all applicable rights, remedies, defenses, and legal arguments in responding to copyright complaints.

11. FALSE, INACCURATE OR BAD-FAITH COPYRIGHT CLAIMS
AURABAGS SHOP takes legitimate intellectual property claims seriously.
However, copyright complaints should not be submitted for the purpose of:

- Removing a competitor's lawful product;
- Disrupting a business;

AURABAGS SHOP reserves the right to challenge, reject, document, or otherwise respond to complaints that appear to be materially false, unsupported, abusive, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.

12. COPYRIGHT CLAIMS MUST BE SPECIFIC
AURABAGS SHOP requests that intellectual property complaints identify the specific material at issue.
A complaint should not rely solely upon:
- A general homepage URL;
- A general store URL;
- A company name;
- A brand name;
- A product category;
- A general allegation that “everything is infringing”;
- A general allegation that a product resembles another product; or
- A statement that a claimant sells a similar product.
Where Shopify's procedures apply, Shopify specifically requires direct links to the individual content alleged to infringe and does not accept a general shop link as a substitute.

13. REVIEW OF COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
Upon receiving a credible and sufficiently detailed intellectual property complaint, AURABAGS SHOP may:
- Review the complaint;
- Request additional information;
- Request evidence of ownership;
- Request evidence of authorization;
- Contact the applicable supplier;
- Review supplier-provided licenses or permissions;
- Review the relevant product listing;
- Review the applicable Website;
- Temporarily restrict disputed material;
- Remove or replace disputed content;
- Refer the matter to Shopify;
- Submit an applicable response or counter-notice; or
- Take other lawful action considered appropriate.
AURABAGS SHOP may consider the circumstances surrounding the complaint before determining what action, if any, is appropriate.

14. NO AUTOMATIC ADMISSION OF INFRINGEMENT
The receipt of a copyright complaint does not constitute an admission by AURABAGS SHOP that infringement has occurred.
Similarly, temporarily removing, restricting, replacing, or reviewing content does not necessarily constitute an admission of liability.
AURABAGS SHOP expressly reserves its rights and defenses.

15. WITHDRAWAL OF COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
